Typical shift as a Casual Support Coordinator (known by us as Bank Support Coordinator)
* There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from support planning, ensuring the wellbeing of our customers, and supporting the wider team.
* There are a range of shifts available across our services in Gloucestershire.

You bring:
* Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
* You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services or locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
* You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive can-do and caring attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers' lives!
* You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording, and using information concisely and effectively.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
Our team:
You’ll join our wider services in Gloucestershire and amazingly you can pick up shifts in any service that needs it! We have hours available in our Cheltenham and Gloucester service working alongside our team and Managers Rea and Lucy. Our team works with vulnerable adults that are facing homelessness and are super passionate about what we do!
Job details:
* We’re looking for you to work across Gloucestershire which includes our services in Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Stroud.
* Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning, and keeping in touch with colleagues.
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
