SEN Learning Support Assistant – Bedlington
Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant or Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic small all-girls referral school! This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in education or pursue a career in teaching. Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
2. Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom
3. Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties
4. Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning
Requirements:
1. Experience working with young people
2. A patient, supportive, and positive approach
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. A passion for education and student development
