Purovets have an exciting opportunity for a role in leadership within an esteemed first opinion practice in South Manchester. Our client seeks a passionate individual and enthusiastic team player with management experience to join their state-of-the-art practice. They are looking for a conscientious, dedicated, and caring veterinary surgeon (MRCVS). This role involves close collaboration with senior management to develop and support the department.
The position includes a blend of clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, providing support to your team while handling management and strategic planning tasks. You will manage escalated client feedback and be available to advise colleagues. Significant experience in a small animal veterinary practice, proven leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and coach others are essential for this role. Excellent judgment and analytical skills are required, ideally with experience in business operations and financial understanding, though training will be provided if needed.
The practice is conveniently located, with major roads and transport links just a stone's throw away. You will also benefit from being surrounded by beautiful parks and green spaces and fantastic local amenities.
