We require a project administrator with strong communication and planning skills to work for a firm that is a specialist service provider to Yorkshire Water. The firm, via the work from field engineers, provide wastewater network monitoring.
Project Administrator – The Role
Duties include:
* Liaise with field engineers on a daily basis offering remote support
* To update engineer workpacks and assist with daily workloads
* Accurate data entry using internal spreadsheets and the updating and completion of corporate reporting suites and databases
* Routine office tasks such as updating and filing engineers’ reports, ordering supplies etc.

* Planning and organisation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A good telephone manner
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Computer literate with experience of Windows and Excel
* Previous experience working with an organisation that employs field engineers is an advantage
Project Administrator – Benefits Package
* A starting salary of £24,000pa
* The starting salary is then guaranteed to rise to £26,000pa after a trial period
