Our mission in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is to create an environment where adults from diverse backgrounds can live independently whilst receiving tailored care and support packages. We're seeking a Senior Support Worker who can lead a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for a varied mix of service users living in a scheme of flats. Your role will involve helping them maintain strong community ties and live fulfilling lives. The service users you'll support have varied interests, such as: Engaging in voluntary work Playing video games Going to the beach and other day trips Coming together in the service's communal space Your responsibilities will include: Delivering excellent, respectful, personalised care and encouraging service users to engage in a wide range of activities that align with their interests Coordinating and delivering individualised care and support packages Assisting Team Leaders and the Registered Manager in ensuring the highest quality of care and support Sharing responsibility for staff deployment and rota management Flexibility to work according to the service's needs, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will also take part in a local On-Call for which you will be paid.
