Sales Development Representative
Location: New Haven, Connecticut
Commutable from: Hartford, Danbury, Waterbury
Salary: circa $55,000 per annum

Main Duties:
1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to support and expand dealer relationships
2. Manage existing and potential customer portfolios, driving new business opportunities
3. Provide sales support to business development and external sales teams
4. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
5. Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline via CRM
6. Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
7. Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product catalogue
Candidate's Profile:
1. Experience in inside sales or a call centre environment – preferred
2. Hunter mentality with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
3. Work on leads and reactivating old dealer accounts
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
5. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Compensation:
Circa $50,000 per annum plus $5K Bonus
