If you answered yes to the above, this Behaviour Mentor role is for you The role – Behaviour Mentor I am working with a SEMH school based in Merton that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team In this role you will be working with key stage 4 students out of class and must use de – escalation techniques to regulate their behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor you must be an approachable, confident and enthusiastic person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. To be considered for this role you must have experience working as a Behaviour Mentor in a school setting and must have strong knowledge/ experience working with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
