This role offers the unique opportunity to provide chemotherapy treatments to patients in their own homes, across Belfast and Northern Ireland. As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you’ll start with a competitive salary of up to £43,000, with the potential for negotiation based on your experience. You’ll also receive either a company car or a car allowance of £4850. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday, with some weekend and bank holiday on-call duties as required. Key Duties:
* Conducting blood tests and toxicity evaluations.
* Administering chemotherapy via IV and oral routes.
* Managing pump disconnections and line care.
* Delivering IM/SC injections.
* Working autonomously in the community with strong support from the nursing team.
* Staying current with advancements in oncology treatments and technologies.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Valid NMC Pin as a Registered RGN Nurse.
* Prior experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy.
* Skilled in cannulation and venepuncture.
* Full, valid driving license.
* SACT Passport or similar qualification.
