Kenmore Group, a leading care home provider, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team in Rickmansworth. As a member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of HR-related activities. Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
o Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process with the unit manager for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Employee Support:
o Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
o Assist in maintaining positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
* HR Administration:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
* Training and Development:
o Assist in organising and coordinating employee training programs and development activities.
o Track and report on training attendance and progress.
* Compliance and Governance:
o Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
o Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* Performance Management:
o Assist in the performance review process, including gathering feedback and coordinating review meetings.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, CIPD Level 5, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-5 years of HR experience preferred; freshers with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
* Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
