Are you someone who is looking to consolidate and develop their skills as a physiotherapist and has a specialist interest in Frailty? We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Acute Frailty Therapy Team (AFTT) in Queen’s Hospital.
AFTT is an innovative team who specialise in working with the frail and elderly in the acute setting to facilitate safe and rapid discharges. We work in a fast-paced environment across a range of acute clinical areas and assess and treat a wide variety of patients with diverse presentations and complex needs and conditions. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident to work as an autonomous practitioner, focusing on early assessment and discharge planning with rapid and robust decision-making essential for efficient patient flow.
