The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive PA and administrative support to our Head of Governance, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and the P3 Charity and P3 Housing Board of Trustees. This pivotal role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations for senior leadership and governance teams.
As part of your responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in enabling the effectiveness of P3's leadership and governance structures. You will be the key point of contact between the ELT, Boards of Trustees, their sub-committees and external stakeholders; ensuring that decision making is informed and efficient. By managing key administrative functions and supporting ongoing strategic projects, you will help P3 fulfil its mission of supporting individuals in need and driving positive social change.
The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, liaising with external partners, managing governance processes, and helping shape key decisions that impact P3s growth and development. Additionally, you will lead on ad-hoc projects as requested by the ELT, contributing directly to the charity's long-term success.
This is a varied role that requires organisational, communication, and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You will work in a collaborative and supportive environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic areas across the charity.
