Service Advisor - Independent Dealership
My client, a respected independent dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
The Role:
1. Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
2. Schedule & manage repairs, liaising with technicians & parts teams.
3. Provide accurate estimates & process invoices/warranty claims.
4. Upsell services & products where possible.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
What You Need:
1. Experience in a similar Service Advisor role.
2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
