Tick Education is seeking a SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant to work in a range of primary schools across the Bedford area. This is a rewarding role that allows you to help children with SEN to flourish in an inclusive environment.
SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
* Work as a 1:1 or with a group of children with SEND
* Assist the class teacher in meeting the needs of the SEN children
* Use strategies and resources implemented by the class teacher
* Monitor and feedback to the class teacher about student progress
Required to have the following:
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
* Experience working with children in a SEN setting
* Strong knowledge of strategies to support children with learning difficulties
