Building Services are looking to recruit an Admin Resource and Scheduling Assistant. Working as part of a busy team, where resource and scheduling tasks are rotated, the post holder will be required to carry out a variety of tasks principally around data entry, reconciliation, order processing, customer liaison and general office tasks, including
Providing a help/support desk function to customers which includes taking calls, entering information into and interrogating systems, arranging appointments and investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints.
Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email, letter to provide regular updates on the progress of their work ensuring that relevant CRM’s are monitored and updated to reflect these interactions.
