A leading, highly recognisable organisation based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a Graduate Level Administrator to join them on an initial 18 month FTC, full time, fully office based basis. This is a really unique opportunity for a graduate (or similar) keen to gain experience within the corporate world who has a love for problem solving, analytics, finance and has advanced MS Excel skills. Working as part of a collaborative, friendly and sociable team, the successful candidate will be joining a leading organisations team that works around financial reporting to help support the Finance team drive the business forwards.
Day to day duties may include:
* Managing of databases, inputting information into MS Excel where needed
* Cross referencing costs and analysing any anomalies, raising with managers where needed
* Processing of invoices, raising of PO’s and liaising with suppliers
* Managing a central inbox
* Producing of reports on costs and spends
* General administrative duties
The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated (ideally within Finance/Business or similar) and have prior office administration experience within a fast paced environment. You will be a strong communicator, have good teamwork skills, be detail oriented and advanced IT skills including advanced MS Excel skills.
