Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Location: Nottingham, UK (Head Office) Time Zone Flexibility: Occasional coordination across GMT6 hours Are you an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant seeking an opportunity to work directly with a dynamic executive leading key business transformations? We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented professional to step into this essential role as our current PA retires after more than 15 years of dedicated service. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting high-level business activities, including mergers, acquisitions, and deal flow, as well as the divestment of a non-core business and potential exit of our core business in the next 2 to 3 years. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the executive. Help organise, track, and manage activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and deal flow. Assist in structuring, planning, and coordinating divestment and exit timelines. Manage complex scheduling, including occasional calls after UK EOB time. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with precision and discretion. Facilitate seamless communication between offices in the UK and Chicago. Act as a proactive problem-solver, ensuring day-to-day efficiency in operations. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics (not required for this role but beneficial). Requirements: Proven experience as an EA or PA in a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and deal flow. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage time zones effectively with occasional post-UK calls. Based in or willing to work from our Nottingham office.
