As a boutique consultancy, we’re on a mission to support the transformation of leaders so that they drive and deliver higher performing businesses. We believe in the ripple effect and want our work to impact the working lives of millions of people through the leaders we work with. We do this through three cores services: Leadership Coaching, Leadership & Management Development and Organisational Development Consultancy.
The business was established in 2016 and has centred around its owner, Emma, but 2025 is the year for expansion. We deploy associates to support our work with clients and now it’s time to recruit our first employee, a Lead Consultant, who will not only manage and support clients but play a significant part in our growth as a consultancy.
Are you a seasoned People and Culture leader ready to make a significant impact as a consultant?
The key responsibilities for the role are:
* Leadership Coaching: Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and managers, focusing on developing their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
* Training Program Development and Delivery: Design and deliver customised training programs tailored to the specific needs of our clients. These programs may cover topics such as leadership development, team building, communication skills, and change management.
* Organisational Diagnosis and Consulting: Conduct in-depth assessments of organisational culture, processes, and structures to identify areas for improvement.
* Change Management: Support organisations in implementing significant change initiatives, providing guidance and tools to manage resistance and facilitate successful transitions.
* Team Development: Facilitate team building exercises and workshops to enhance team cohesion, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Measure the impact: Understand and implement return on investment measurement activities, so that with our clients we can evidence the impact we have created.
* Client Relationship Management: Bring a network of possible new clients and develop existing strong relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service.
* Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients, developing proposals, and presenting solutions.
You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
* Experience in People and Culture leadership roles (Director or VP level)
* A strong understanding of organiszational development frameworks and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
* The ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
* A passion for learning and development (yours and others').
* A results-oriented approach with a track record of successful organisational change initiatives.
* Strength in performing under pressure
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
