Teaching Personnel is seeking a talented and dedicated MFL Teacher to join their dynamic team and teach Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students. About the Role:
* You will be responsible for teaching MFL to KS3 and KS4 students, with the flexibility to teach languages such as French, Spanish, or other languages depending on your specialism and the school’s needs.
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that build students’ language skills and foster a love for learning languages.
* Support students in preparing for their GCSE exams, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident in their language abilities.
* Work within a well-organised and supportive team that values collaboration and professional development.
* Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and help create an engaging learning environment for all students.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Degree in Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, or other relevant languages) or a related subject.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 MFL, with a strong understanding of the GCSE MFL curriculum.
* A passion for promoting language learning and helping students achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
