We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our People and Culture (PandC) team undertaking a variety of administrative tasks and HR systems support. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with advanced IT literacy, preferably with previous experience of working with HR systems and payroll. With a strong commitment to confidentiality and a genuine passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture team.
2. Provide cover for payroll input and HR system maintenance.
3. Support the PandC team in organising employee benefits, recruitment, payroll, and other HR-related paperwork.
4. Familiarity with HR and payroll software is an advantage.
5. A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
