The Role Responsible for financial management of bookings made via Travel Agent & direct passenger channels within the Hamburg & International (EMEA) market. You will: - Reconciling & arranging timely collection of booking debt owing by Travel Agents & direct passengers to all relevant brands of the business (primarily Cunard) - Responsible for BAU responsibilities on relevant systems - e.g. Deutsche bank, Abacus, ADB, Business Objects, Polar, Oracle, Power BI & Adestra - Liaising with travel agents and internal departments (in particular Sales and Contact centre) to resolve queries on bookings. - Ensure agent commission is paid on time and in line with agreed payment terms. - Liaising with travel agents & our global brands to ensure banking forms are completed to allow refunds & payments to be made to guests. - Working towards targets to reduce overdue debt responsibly. Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full-time basis, with 3 days hybrid working in our Southampton office.
