Our client is an award-winning multichannel agency. They work with global brands to design and build exceptional retail stores, integrated multichannel campaigns, events and point of sale.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the 2D team, working on cross-discipline projects for clients in Sports, Fashion, Technology and Leisure. Retail graphic experience is key and brand ID / digital graphic execution experience would be advantageous.
Job Role
You will be involved in every stage of the project, from idea generation to design, layout and creation.
Think creatively through active participation in client meetings and brainstorms.
Demonstrate an understanding of what the client needs.
You will use key insights to build, present, and sell a winning solution to clients.
Work collaboratively, manage workloads and ensure that deadlines are met.
Coach and develop individual team members.
Critique design work produced by the team.
Orchestrate pitches and proposals through leadership and facilitation.
Inspire and engage teams and clients.
