EA Associates are working with an Electrical Contractor who are now looking to open a new division which provide site temporary electrics and plumbing to construction sites. They are looking for someone who can take the lead in forming a new department within the company. Would need to be able to: Organisation and management of M&E projects within a commercial environment Ensure that all works are completed in line with health and safety Produce monthly financial reports to both ongoing and completed projects Assist with the preparation of monthly valuations of works carried out Ensure clarity of responsibility for the site team through briefings and daily communication Liase with clients and customers at all levels in order to improve service delivery Be client facing and bring their own clients as well as build relationships with ours Contract manage Control materials (purchasing & also sale/leasing to clients) Lead their own team (with our support) Requirements: Relevant Mechanical and Electrical qualification is preferred Previous demonstratable experience of M&E projects Be commercially aware Full support would be given from the company and they would be happy to guide them but would also need to be able to lead from the front and take ownership of all operations. There is a genuine opportunity to build their own department & team in their own model, with potential in the future to be a shareholder should things work out.
