The Job From our London HQ you will have ownership for the day-to-day management of workflow and resource planning for a studio of Solutions Design and Graphic Design people who are based London. This role is the central hub for information regarding all projects in the team. You will keep work running through seamlessly; ensuring all briefs are dispatched and deadlines are met and all wider teams are informed about each project status. Project management is an important element to the role, creating a workflow structure and running the design team with profitable concern. Work includes resourcing of solution design; artwork; and proofing and has the following key responsibilities: Resource projects regionally to Creative team ensuring projects are allocated based on each colleague’s strengths/skills and their workload is balanced Set up new job requests and the project folders Plan day -to-day workflow of Design team Ensure project plan timelines are achievable in partnership with Client Services Team and risk mitigate issues in the workflow Forecast need for additional resources and partner with Creative leadership to source and onboard new members or freelancers to the team Manage freelancer pool / potential availability, booking, workflow and invoicing Manage project management tool training and licence allocation Drive operational improvements with resourcing and reporting Work closely with other Product Operations roles, Proofing, Publishing and Translation Requirements We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with demonstrable project management skills with experience using resourcing/project management software. Ideally you will have considerable experience from within a learning and development business or design agency environment, in a similar role, where you have been responsible for managing requests and workflow, to tight deadlines. You will also need to have exceptional stakeholder management skills, diplomacy and experience of dealing with people at all levels of the business.
