Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a team in Bristol on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property law and be able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
* Managing a varied caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies and procedures
* Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships
