If you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in the interiors sector, we want to hear from you About the Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of projects, providing cost management support from the early stages of tendering to final account. You will work across a variety of interior construction projects, managing the costs associated with suspended ceilings, drywall installations, glazed partitions, carpentry, and SFS systems. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior projects, including suspended ceilings, drywall, glazed partitions, carpentry, and SFS. Measure, price, and submit tenders for new and existing projects. Manage procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. Assist with contract administration, including managing variations and preparing cost reports. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best possible prices. Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential cost overruns and providing solutions. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality, and any variations that may affect costs. Work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Produce detailed cost reports, valuations, and final accounts for clients. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior construction industry, specifically with experience in suspended ceilings, drywall, glazed partitions, carpentry, and/or SFS projects. A solid understanding of cost management and commercial awareness. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., RICS accredited) is highly desirable. Experience using quantity surveying software (e.g., COINS, Buildsoft, or similar) is an advantage
