Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Registered Manager (Children’s Home), located in Luton with some work from home flexibility. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a children’s home, ensuring high-quality care and support for young people. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing care plans, and engaging with external agencies and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Management and leadership skills, including the ability to oversee staff and manage budgets
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
* Experience in developing care plans and delivering high-quality support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team, with flexibility for remote work
* Relevant qualifications in social work, health, or care-related fields
* Experience in a similar role managing a children’s home is a plus
