Responsibilities
French speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum plus bonus depending on experience

Main duties:
1. Providing an outstanding level of customer service as well as product advice in order to generate sales.
2. Answer calls and emails from the French and UK client base.
3. Provide product details and process orders.
4. Generate sales and provide after sales care.
5. Administration tasks as needed for the role.
6. Work closely with internal teams ensuring good business practice.
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential.
2. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment beneficial.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Outstanding attention to detail.
5. Dynamic, confident and proactive.
