The Best Connection Milton Keynes is an employment business recruiting on behalf of our client.
Our client is the leading distributor of insulation to construction and development sites across England. Our client is based in Milton Keynes and have given us the opportunity to recruit for a Class 1 Drivers to undergo assessment.
The work will be delivering palleted stock of insulation direct to site. Majority of stock is forklifted off, you will be required to open/close side curtains on trailer and securing your load. Start times will be between 05:00-06:00 depending on location of delivery.
High levels of skill and professionalism are required in this role particularly when securing the load, whilst adhering strictly to the tachograph and WTD rules.
Successful candidates could be given an opportunity of growing their driving career on a temporary to permanent basis.
All drivers are required to have no more than 6 points and any DR, DG or DD endorsements will not be accepted.
PAY RATES:
* Monday to Friday standard rate is paid at £14.50 per hour.
* All overtime is paid after 48 hours at £18.83 per hour.
* You are guaranteed a minimum 8 hours paid per shift.
