Our client is a leading mechanical and electrical building services engineering contractor operating throughout the UK and Ireland. Established in 1955, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, safe, and best-value building engineering services.
With a commitment to technical and operational excellence, they specialise in providing full turnkey M&E solutions across design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Their expertise ensures seamless project execution, even for the most complex engineering challenges.
They work on projects ranging in value from £1M to £10M and all projects are North-West based.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of electrical building services projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
