As a Part Time Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Working within the Cashroom department covering the William Wilson brand as part of a team supporting 23 branches across Scotland
2. Processing branch bankings and resolving any resulting queries
3. Coding & processing direct debits, standing orders & online payments
4. Preparation of bank reconciliations
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
5. Flexibility – willing to learn a wide range of department procedures
6. Ability to prioritise competing demands on time
7. Ability to work to deadlines
8. Good Excel skills would be desirable
9. Accuracy is essential
This role is a part time role, working up to hours a week between Monday – Friday. Hours and days to be discussed
