Our office is located in County Monaghan, Ireland and you will be expected to attend the office and be present in the market with a good degree of frequency throughout the cover period. Key job responsibilities Lead and develop the Irish Vitaflo Marketing & Sales Team creating a shared vision that people aspire to Define and execute the strategy to set and achieve short and long-term business objectives Identify and generate opportunities Plan and execute a number of Vitaflo events for both HCPs and patients Attend a number of scientific and patient conferences Provide scientific support and information for our existing customer base Coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns Maintain the quality of customer service standards by acting professionally and responding promptly to all enquiries Optimise business development plans by working closely with territory manager to maximise time in the field and overall efficiency Complete regular field visits with territory manager and complete Sales Competency Framework objectives Meet regularly with existing customers to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet any identified needs Foster long term productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers Manage product forecasts Manage wholesale business Provide updates on sales results, market data and progress on Strategic Marketing plans to the Leadership Team at Quarterly Business reviews Lead on development and submission of Irish reimbursement applications for new products and product renovations Be an active member of the IBEC FSMP Irish industry group Any other duties as required Key skills Educated within the biomedical field (dietetics, nutritional science) A proven track record within a similar position with experience in achieving sales targets and people management is essential Commercial experience with the ability to succeed in a modern commercial health care environment Excellent communication skills, influencing and assertive skills Ability to maintain calmness whilst working under pressure Professional leader who is dynamic, enthusiastic and impassioned about the field of nutrition Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proactive, independent and goal focused Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours within the Irish market Excellent people skills with ability to build rapport at all levels Good English skills What we offer?
