Firebrand Brewing Co is on the rise, and we need an excellent Sales Representative to help us take things up a notch in the region. If you’ve got a passion for craft beer, a hunger to grow sales, and the drive to build strong relationships, we want to hear from you.
Firebrand Brewing Co is an independent Cornish brewery crafting high-quality, gluten-free beers since 2012. Now based in our purpose-built brewery and taproom in Launceston, we create beers to suit every taste - from crisp, sessionable lagers and fruity, hoppy pale ales to award-winning alcohol-free options. Using the finest ingredients, with a dedication to quality, we brew flavour-packed, approachable beers. "Go Beyond The Usual" is at the heart of what we do, encouraging people to explore new flavours and discover something different.
We’re after someone ambitious, energetic, experienced in the art of selling beer, and ready to work with our existing team to make an impact on the area. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new business, keeping our existing customers happy, and making sure Firebrand Brewing beers are front and centre across Devon and Cornwall.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Driving Firebrand’s presence in the South West with a focus on Devon outlets, by winning new business and strengthening existing partnerships.
2. Developing a smart sales strategy to grow distribution, volume, and brand love across different channels.
3. Building strong relationships with wholesalers, key trade partners, and direct customers to push our beers further.
4. Regularly communicating with our sales manager and working together to drive sales forward.
5. Working closely with our marketing team to bring Firebrand to life at events, activations, and tap takeovers.
6. Making sure customers always have what they need—keeping them in the loop on new releases, managing orders, and staying ahead of demand.
7. Being the face of Firebrand, whether it's training bar teams, hosting tastings, or flying the flag for independent craft beer.
8. Keeping everything running smoothly with clear reporting and accurate data input to the company CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A natural people person with an infectious passion for craft beer.
2. Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in beer or drinks.
3. A self-starter who’s motivated, organised, and great at managing their own time.
4. Strong negotiation skills, the confidence to close deals and build long term partnerships.
5. Someone who thrives on hitting targets and smashing goals.
6. A full driving license and willingness to travel.
