CMA is pleased to be working with a growing professional services company who are a specialist in their field. They are looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join them on a temporary basis. The role will provide the opportunity to the successful candidate to get a strong grounding in a credit control role.
What will the Credit Control role involve?
* Speaking with clients on a regular basis via telephone and email chasing overdue debt;
* Allocating payments;
* Reconciling clients records and ensuring integrity of data;
* Raising sales invoices and ensuring all details are correct;
* Resolving queries both internally and externally;
* Inputting data into Excel and collating reports to feed back into the accounting system;
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:
* Good communication skills and comfortable speaking on the telephone;
* Experience of using Microsoft Office;
