Ornua is actively seeking a Finance Manager to join our wider finance team as we continue our growth trajectory. As our next Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective financial management and reporting for the Own Label business segment, ensuring gold standard business partnering is provided to continually add value both internally and externally.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The is responsible for;
10. Effective leadership of the retailer-focused Finance Business Partnering team, with an emphasis on growth and development
11. Playing a key role in driving the overall effectiveness of the wider Commercial Finance Team and contributing towards a strong team culture
12. Responsible for overseeing and consolidating the financials for the own label segment of the business, ensuring effective management of partner customer Open Book agreements, highlighting key business risks, driving internal understanding and considered decision making
13. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellence, consistency and continuous improvement both within our business partnering approach and the quality of financial insight given, both internally and externally
14. Playing a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes, taking ownership for the accuracy and understanding of the overall own label position
15. Ensuring the relevant financial controls are in place to drive accuracy throughout all the teams’ activities
16. Delivering insightful financial reporting, ensuring it is continually reviewed and adapted in line with business needs
17. Ensuring robust overhead management support for both the Commercial & Category functions
18. Providing financial support on key business projects where required
What You Bring To The Role:
19. Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with Post Qualified Experience
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel/Powerpoint
21. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner non finance functions
22. Ability to create and deliver effective presentations, both internally and externally at all levels
23. Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and knowledge gained in relevant FMCG or food industry
24. Experience in business intelligence systems
25. Previous people leader experience
