Recruitment Coordinator, Pioneering AI Research Organisation - Oxford
Location: Oxford (2 days per week, 3 days from home)
Salary: £40,000

This role is a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to move to a role where they feel they are making a positive impact, and to engage with top-level talent.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you'll be supporting a team of 5 in the AI team, and helping to provide a streamlined recruitment process on all roles. You'll be engaging with some of the most exciting candidates on the market, and contributing to an organisation driving positive world-change.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with line managers to define staffing needs and improve selection criteria
2. Schedule interviews in partnership with hiring managers and candidates
3. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates through the hiring process, providing updates and addressing queries
4. Collate feedback from both candidates and hiring managers and present this to the team
5. Maintain up to date records of recruiting activities on the ATS and other systems
6. Ensure that Terms & Conditions are sent to and received by relevant parties
About you:
1. Previous experience in an agency recruitment role, ideally within the Technology space
2. Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
3. The ability to work analytically and systematically
4. Display high levels of personal organisation skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
