Software Developer/Back End Engineer
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 GBP per year

Our tech stack:
Azure, C#, Support, Mobile, REST, SQL, Web, microservices, TDD, ASP.NET, Cloud, .NET
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science or related field or comparable relevant experience, and has worked in an Agile environment
2. Extensive knowledge of/experience using C#, .NET Core, SQL and Test Driven-Development
3. Commercial knowledge of developing Microservices or Azure Functions and developing for BigCommerce or a comparable platform
4. Excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
5. Professional with a keen attitude to learn and is able to pick up new skills quickly and hit the ground running
6. Strives to understand the needs of our patients and building software solutions that deliver impact for our patients and the business
7. Have some experience with most of the technologies in our stack, and willing to learn others
8. Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
9. Great written and verbal communication skills and comfortable dealing with colleagues and stakeholders
10. Looking forward to actively contributing to the life and growth of Pharmacy2U
11. Team player happy to collaborate and keep communication streams open with your peers and manager
12. Has high attention to detail, professional integrity and is trustworthy
Your responsibilities are:
1. Working in agile teams in squads, to deliver innovation from our product roadmaps
2. Collaborating with the rest of the delivery team to drive down technical debt and bug backlogs
3. Contributing to ensuring other team members can build high-quality, test-driven code that meets the highest standards of good software engineering

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (0900 – 1730)

In this role, you will have hands-on development of P2U core internal systems, Web and Mobile, developing applications in a Microservice focused world but with an eye on maintaining previous .NET Monolithic applications.
