What Youll Do:
In this role, you will:
* Support the Commercial Team: Assist in implementing, controlling, and reporting development/build-related expenditure.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver commercial objectives.
* Develop Relationships: Help manage subcontractor, housing association, and external partner relationships.
* Contribute to Site Start Success: Assist in determining and agreeing on site start programs and commercial matters for developments.
* Engage in Site Visits: Participate in visits to current, new, and potential sites to see the vision come to life.
About You:

* Financially and Commercially Savvy: Has basic knowledge of construction industry practices, finance, and commercial management.

* Knowledgeable in Regulations: Familiar with industry codes of practice, Building Regulations, NHBC, HSE, and Construction Design Management.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification or understanding of Quantity Surveying.
* Basic understanding of financial implications, build methods, and sequences.
