We are a leading business in Surrey, delivering impactful brand activations and custom display installations. We seek an experienced Display Installation Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will support our project management efforts, working closely with the Senior Installations Manager to plan, organise, and manage display installations efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Timelines: Organise installation timelines, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
* Quality Assurance: Assist in overseeing installations to guarantee they meet our standards and satisfy client expectations.
* Budget Tracking: Support cost management for projects, maintaining financial transparency.
* Site Arrangements: Liaise with venues to handle logistics and secure necessary permissions.
* Briefing and Guidance: Prepare and distribute clear installation guides to teams.
* Subcontractors: Track subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to standards.
* Daily Coordination: Assist with managing day-to-day installation needs.
* Team Coordination: Help recruit skilled installers across EMEA and coordinate their schedules.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Logistical Support: Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary for on-site installation teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience with installations
* Project coordination and logistics experience
* Effective communication at the client level
* Ability to travel when required
* Fantastic communication skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
