We are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school in Telford.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support primary pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) through both small group and one-on-one instruction, adapting learning strategies to meet each student's unique needs.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant you will:
* Previous experience working in an SEND setting, either with children or adults.
* Flexibility, dedication, and a strong commitment to supporting students.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Candidates must successfully pass interviews and reference checks. Additionally, they must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Experience of working in an SEND setting
