If you love live music, cask ales and great food, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Bar Manager / Supervisor to oversee the operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with proven experience and maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance of the bar, including sales targets and cost control measures.

- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on bar operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.55-£12.48 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
