In this role of Software Project Lead, you'll be at the helm of the Real Time Actuator Software team, driving the supply of software for a range of missile components crucial for motor and movement control. This includes systems such as Fins, Seeker, Fuel Pump, Booster, and Wing Opening System.

Your ability to create high-performing teams and foster strong working relationships in multifaceted project environments will be essential. This includes collaborating with system design, mechanical design, electronic design, program management, safety, and quality disciplines.
7. Demonstrated experience in leading and nurturing teams, typically comprising 5-10 software developers and verification & validation experts.
8. Track record of operating within an agile/SCRUM/DevOps setting.
9. Proficiency in utilizing agile metrics to communicate progress, including burnup charts, team velocity, cycle times, and workload forecasts.
10. Expertise in continuous build, integration, and delivery pipeline automation using industry-leading tools.
11. Robust background in Software Engineering, with some exposure to Embedded or Bare-Metal development where precision and quality are paramount.
12. Proven history of enhancing teams through effective coaching and mentoring.
13. Familiarity with safety-critical standards (DO-178C) is advantageous, though not mandatory.
