We are currently seeking a passionate Bar Person to
join our Food & Beverage team at our luxury hotel in Dorset. This is an
exciting opportunity to contribute to our guests' unforgettable experiences.
The main focus will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring our guests have
an outstanding time while enjoying beverages in a high-end setting.
Location: The Summer Lodge Country House Hotel
& Restaurant, Dorset
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days
off)
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Person:
* Serve
a variety of beverages to guests, ensuring all orders are handled promptly
and professionally.
* Engage
with guests to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, offering
personalized recommendations.
* Maintain
a thorough understanding of the products on offer, including wines,
spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Monitor
guest needs and ensure they are satisfied, addressing any queries or
concerns.
* Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Ensure
the bar operates efficiently and complies with all health and safety
regulations.
* Work
closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy times.
What are we looking for?
* Previous
experience as a Bar Person or similar role in a luxury or high-end
hospitality setting.
* A
passion for delivering excellent service with a positive and enthusiastic
attitude.
* Excellent
communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
* Ability
to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong
product knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and wines.
* A
team player with attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
