To support the business goals and growth programme, Sureserve Compliance Central have an opportunity for a driven and professional Internal Recruiter, based from our Stowmarket/Boston office, on a hybrid basis, with travel to other sites as required. As a newly introduced role, this will initially be for a 12 month fixed term basis. The Internal Recruiter will be the resourcing subject matter expert, partnering with Hiring Community to ensure we provide a robust, effective and quality hiring processes for a wide variety of roles, including front line operational, engineering and corporate functions vacancies. Responsibilities In collaboration with the business, understand all current and future requirements, enabling proactive delivery of pre-qualified shortlists. Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including vacancy briefing, advertising and search, screening, booking interviews, arranging assessments (attending when required) and supporting the offer and onboarding process, within a timely manner, to reduce time to hire. Ensuring all recruitment activities are tracked and recorded accurately and in real-time within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Sourcing candidates using direct search including Indeed, Total Jobs, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing methods, to reduce dependence on agency hiring. Effecive screening and proactive management of talent pipeline pool, to increase retention. Attend job fairs and career events to represent the company and promote future and current job opportunities. Support the offer and onboarding process, ensuring compliance and that new hires have a seamless and positive transition into the company. Ensure all recruitment practices are understood, and processes and in line with policy, supporting and upskilling hiring managers as required. Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience, including blue collar and office-based hiring. A passion for direct sourcing and able to headhunt effectively by networking and using databases and social media. Proven track record of successfully delivering high volume recruitment campaigns. Proficient in writing engaging job adverts. Experience using ATS, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability promote and enhance employment brand and build effective internal and external partnerships.
