Lifeline Services have been providing award winning support to the residents of Darlington since 1989 and an exciting opportunity has arisen within the response officer team to enable us to respond to the increasing demands of our service delivery.
The response team is based at our Town Hall office and the integral duties ofandnbsp;a Lifeline Response officer is the demonstration, installation and monitoring of various technology and the responding to any emergency calls as necessary.
Our officers must be able to think dynamically, in a fast paced and busy environment.
You will be confident in the use of databases and Microsoft office packages with a good understanding of GDPR to meet with the administrative duties of the role.
You will need to be approachable with a and#39;can doand#39; attitude and amongst other valuable skills, be sociable, flexible and possessandnbsp;the ability to communicate effectively and with compassion to our clients.
It would be an advantage to have a strong background of working in a customer facing role with experience of older, more vulnerable people
andnbsp;
We are looking for two officers who can work the following fixed shifts on a two week alternating rota which equates to a 25 hour per week contract for each officer.andnbsp;
**When one Officer is working week one shift pattern the second Officer will be working week two shift pattern**
Week one
Friday evening 19:30pm to 06:00amandnbsp;
Saturday evening 19:30pm to 06:00am
Sunday evening 19:30pm to 06:00am
Week two:
Wednesday eveningandnbsp;21:30pm to 07:30am
Thursday evening 21:30pm to 07:30am
