We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Legal Secretary to join our client's legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in the legal sector while providing vital support to their solicitors and ensuring an excellent service for the clients.
As a Junior Legal Secretary, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms.
2. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining appointments.
3. Liaising with clients, answering calls, and addressing queries professionally.
4. Assisting with file management (both electronic and paper).
5. Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
6. Supporting the team with various administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
7. Undertaking ad hoc duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. While prior experience in a legal or administrative role is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. A positive attitude, a willingness to support the team, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service are key qualities we are looking for.
