We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team in Clitheroe. This full-time role focuses on providing targeted support to small groups of Year 6 pupils as they prepare for their SATs. About the Role As a KS2 TA, you will: Work closely with Year 6 teachers to plan and deliver engaging SATs booster sessions in Maths, Reading, and Grammar. Provide tailored support to small groups of pupils, helping them build confidence and improve key skills. Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher. Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist with general classroom duties and other responsibilities as required. What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from individuals who are: Experienced or newly qualified in supporting KS2 pupils, particularly Year 6. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Confident in delivering support in core SATs subjects (Maths, Reading, Grammar). Excellent communicators, with strong interpersonal skills. Organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
