Searchlight Cyber provides organizations with relevant and actionable dark web threat intelligence, to help them identify and prevent criminal activity.
Founded in 2017 with a mission to stop criminals acting with impunity on the dark web, we have been involved in some of the world’s largest dark web investigations and have the most comprehensive dataset based on proprietary techniques and ground-breaking academic research.
Having recently acquired Assetnote, a global leader in Attack Surface Management, we have joined forces to further expand our customers' visibility of their external presence and exposure.
Today we help government and law enforcement, enterprises, and managed security services providers around the world to illuminate deep and dark web threats, prevent attacks and gain visibility into external risks.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base across a range of different verticals and products. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional account management skills, and a deep understanding of security solutions.
You will be working closely with the existing Customer Success team and act as the primary customer contact for the commercial side of the relationship, ensuring customers are receiving value from our solutions and identifying opportunities for growth, through strategic positioning of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to ultimately drive revenue.
WHAT WILL I DO?
1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor and partner, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling security products and services. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
3. Utilize a proven sales background to effectively present and demonstrate the value of our security solutions and how they can solve our customers' challenges. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
4. Work with the Customer Success Managers to ensure our customers receive fantastic service and as much value from our tools as possible, including collaborating to solve any technical issues in a prompt and effective fashion, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of our security products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on security best practices.
6. Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Provide regular updates to management on account performance.
7. Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Marketing and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
8. Keep our CRM up to date, ensuring accurate forecasting and data entry.
9. Drive contract renewals and meeting company targets to ensure high retention rate and growth across existing customers.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
