We are seeking a full time Client Care Assistant to join our Oadby, Birstall practice for 40 hours per week. This role will also include 1 in 5 full weekends. The shift pattern for each day (M-F) will be one of the following:
0830-1700, 0900-1800, 0930-1830 and 1000-1900.

We believe in exceptional care for both our patients and clients. As a Client Care Assistant, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome and assist clients before, during, and after every visit, with a heavy emphasis on receptionist style duties. Although you don’t need to have hands-on experience working with pets, a love of animals and their welfare is essential.
From handling busy telephone lines and arranging appointments to taking payments, entering test results, and ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked, you’ll enjoy a busy and varied front-of-house role. You’ll also take ownership of ensuring the reception and waiting areas always look their best.
Previous experience within a veterinary or medical setting in administration is an advantage. Prior experience within customer-facing roles is essential.
This role would suit someone with great attention to detail and the ability to command a demanding desk working both as a team and on initiative independently.
