We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Secretary to join our client's busy team starting on ASAP
The Role: As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in the smooth running and provide a comprehensive support to their legal team. Your duties will include document preparation, managing correspondence, typing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy.
* Schedule and confirm appointments, court dates, and meetings.
* Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Assist with client communication and provide excellent customer service.
* Perform general office duties, such as typing, photocopying, and mailing.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role.
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Outstanding communication abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A certificate or diploma in legal studies is preferred.
