Our client is the leading retail Asset Management business in the UK. They are responsible for the development of renowned retail and leisure destinations and have grown over four years from six to over 50 people. The UK head office is in London and this Project Assistant role is to support their Development team based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

The individual would support all members of the development team and tasks would range from everyday administration to supporting the team on major projects so a flexible attitude is paramount.
Main tasks include -
• Project administration
• IT/software support
• Data handling, filing and project database maintenance
• Project management
• Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
• Managing office operations
• Providing administrative support
• Handling/filing correspondence
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing and maintaining records
• Assisting with simple financial tasks
• Creating and managing written communication
• Diary coordination, planning meetings and office events
• Overseeing the operations of the organisation’s office, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate would show a track record in successful project administration with exceptional organisational skills. This role will suit a postgraduate with 2-4 years business experience, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to successfully scope, manage and complete projects. You would have exceptional IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Work & PPT and a track record in putting together presentations.
• Monday – Friday working hours, easily accessible with free parking on site. Minimum 3 days in the office, ideally 4. Salary circa £40K - potentially higher for the right candidate.
